Our offerings include visual identity and brand design, logos and brand assets, flyers and promotional materials, brochures, menus, banners, business cards, digital graphics, and social media content.We also offer executive resume and professional services, including ATS-optimized resumes, executive and leadership resumes, cover letters, professional summaries, and LinkedIn profile optimization.2. How do I get started with a project?
To get started, complete a booking request through our website or contact us directly. Your booking will be reviewed within 24 hours, followed by a consultation to confirm project scope, services, and expectations. After the consultation, you will receive a secure Stripe payment link to complete payment. Work begins once payment is received.3. What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed through a secure Stripe payment link. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfers, digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, and select buy-now-pay-later options where available.ACH payments are available for projects totaling over $500.4. What is your revision policy?
Each service includes a defined number of revisions, which will be outlined in your proposal or service agreement. Additional revisions beyond what is included may be requested for an additional fee. Please refer to your service agreement for full revision details.5. How long does it take to receive my deliverables?
Initial samples or deliverables are typically provided within 1 to 10 business days, depending on the service selected and project complexity. Rush options may be available for time-sensitive projects and will be discussed during consultation.6. Do you offer refunds?
Refund requests must be submitted within one business day of the project booking date after the invoice has been received. Refund requests submitted after this timeframe will not be honored. All refund terms are governed by the signed digital service agreement.7. What happens after I approve the final deliverables?
Once final approval is provided, your project will be completed and delivered in the agreed-upon formats. Acceptance of the final deliverables signifies completion of the project in accordance with the service agreement.8. Who owns the rights to the work?
Clients retain ownership of all final, paid-for deliverables and any proprietary information provided. L I AM The Brand retains ownership of internal processes, frameworks, and any pre-existing or reusable design elements not unique to the final deliverables.9. What if I need to cancel a project?
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Clients are responsible for all work completed and costs incurred up to the date of termination, as outlined in the service agreement.10. How can I contact L I AM The Brand?
